  • Emergence of new partnerships types, co-creation and structured self-organization in order to meet in a different way the urban collective needs: Public/Private / Associative/ and users needs !
  • Social cooperation: new urban political developments that rely on the dynamics and the demands of actors, in terms of flow and mobility as well as on the potential of the ICT.
  • A flexible city: better adapted to linking the spaces and times of the city to the time of its citizens and their activities (alternate use of the public and private spaces, physical and numerical mix, etc.)
  • Development of the “green design”: reduction of the growth materiel dimension by adjusting in particular time and distribution (products-> services, life cycle and recycling, etc.)
  • Reasonable increase of the use of shared transportations and spaces: diversity in the means of mobility and intelligence in its combinations (car, train, bicycle, subway, bus, etc.)
  • Systems in order to encourage responsible civil behaviors: improvement of accessibilities to the city and to its resources, rights and rules of mobility, traffic smoothing.
  • Development of the surrounding intelligence in the centre of an « open source » city: open access to data, innovation and collective appropriation of an infrastructure omnipresent chips and sensors: « everyware » (geographic localization, virtuality, social web).
  • Co-monitoring and co-regulation of background pollution, monitoring video systems, etc…
  • From now on, thanks to numerical infrastructures, networks, tags and chips, new regulation and monitoring modes in « real time and place » are possible in case any risky matters happen.
